Responsing to the growth of manufacturing engineering in aerospace, mechanical and automotive engineering industries throughout the world, the International Journal of Manufacturing Science and Technology is a forum for original papers in manufacturing processes, manufacturing systems and production. Mmanufacturing engineering is the fast growing and most diverse field among all fields of engineering. Although there are a large number of magazines serving manufacturing engineers, there are few technical journals covering their evolving science.
The mission of IJMST is to put science and production together using a short review process and publishing time for all papers. All papers show a high level of scientific pursuit and show science applied to the production systems.
Plans are to include a calendar of events manufacturing engineering and reviews of new books manufacturing.
